DESIGN REVIEW / TRACKED CONFLICTS

Questions the diagrams cannot answer.

A public, source-grounded list of unresolved dimensions, notation collisions and physical assumptions. It is an editorial review queue, not a certification or solved design.

Current status: unresolvedNo item below has been approved as a manufacturing specification or a physical breakthrough. The source documents are internally inconsistent in places, and no outside peer review or validated apparatus has established the proposed propulsion mechanism.

Shield envelope and material count

R01 describes a 300 m axial bow with a 120 m base diameter, while integration notes discuss a 120 m shield thickness and a much wider vessel envelope. Five graded material layers and six protective functions are described without one authoritative stack.

Why it matters

A nominal scale in concept art cannot be used for structural fit, mass, or heat-flux design.

Evidence needed next

Establish coordinate datum, outer dimensions, layer schema, and signed general-arrangement drawing.

Flow stages versus report subsystem IDs

The public eight-stage order starts with the scoop as Flow Stage 01. Several source reports instead call the scoop Subsystem 05, the optical buffer Subsystem 04, and the reactor Subsystem 06.

Why it matters

Automatic mapping from source subsystem number to website stage number would mislabel parts.

Evidence needed next

Publish a two-column correspondence table only after all report authors agree on the revision system.

Unresolved dimensions · Stage 07 / reactor

Cyclotron/reactor envelope

The vessel integration description gives the reactor approximately 700 m axial length. Another source describes a 700 m radius and 1.2 km axial length for the electromagnetic cyclotron core.

Why it matters

Power, clearance, and cooling cannot be sized consistently with both descriptions.

Evidence needed next

Define an envelope table with dimension type, reference plane, revision, and source.

Numeric conflict · Stage 08 / exhaust

Nozzle extent and beam divergence

Reports use 200 m to describe both section length and exit diameter. R05 also quotes 0.08° divergence, while its cited magnetic field ratio yields approximately 1.45° using the stated rule.

Why it matters

Performance charts and thrust estimates based on either value cannot be accepted without a new derivation.

Evidence needed next

Recompute angular distribution and separate nozzle length from physical exit aperture.

Conceptual conflation · Stage 06 / buffer

Intrinsic versus effective photon mass

Photon effective mass arising from confined cavity dispersion is not equivalent to intrinsic free-photon rest mass in Proca field theory. The buffer account discusses both as though they were interchangeable.

Why it matters

A working photonic BEC in an optical cavity cannot establish massive-photon dark matter.

Evidence needed next

Separate distinct dispersion relations, media assumptions, and measurement protocols.

Unverified physical mechanism · Stage 01 / scoop

Projected vacuum EIT collector feasibility

Laboratory EIT requires a suitable prepared medium and optical transitions; no experimentally demonstrated mechanism extends it to a multi-thousand-kilometer dark-matter collection zone.

Why it matters

Capture density, drag, and external power numbers are hypothetical until the coupling can be measured.

Evidence needed next

State a microscopic cross-section and run a falsifiable benchtop coupling test.

Missing validation · Stages 04–08 / whole craft

Closed momentum, heat and energy budget

Null intake drag, exceptionally favorable thrust/power ratios and Machian inertial collapse are asserted in source notes without one independently checked input/output energy and momentum ledger.

Why it matters

The visual simulator must remain illustrative; it cannot be converted into a predictive solver by calibrating speculative sliders.

Evidence needed next

Define measurable inlet, electrical, waste-heat, and exhaust quantities, then validate conservation and uncertainty with ordinary physics first.

Domain mismatch · Navigation / hull optics

Subluminal formulas used in FTL narratives

Ordinary Lorentz-factor calculations for local speeds below c do not mathematically derive or validate superluminal propulsion. The source reports discuss both without a consistent testable theory linking them.

Why it matters

Apparent optical distortion is not proof of superluminal motion or a warp-bubble alternative.

Evidence needed next

State the domain of every formula and identify observational tests that discriminate between hypotheses.

ENGINEERING INTEGRITY

First reconcile.
Then calculate.

We preserve disagreement as a visible engineering task rather than quietly replacing a disputed dimension with a more attractive number. An illustration may suggest a design—but it cannot validate one.
